Hello again!

For the benefit of our readers, trigeminal neuralgia is a dysfunction of the trigeminal nerve (the fifth cranial nerve in the brain), characterized by severe shooting, burning and stabbing pain in the face. Areas affected include the forehead, eyes, cheeks and jaw. The pain comes and goes in bouts and is usually very bad when it occurs.

In terms of learning more about the anatomy of pain and more indepth info on TM, cut and paste this link: https://mayfieldclinic.com/pe-trin.htm

Would you be interested in taking part in a clinical trial for your pain? If so, cut and paste here: https://www.centerwatch.com/clinical-trials/listings/condition/914/trigeminal-neuralgia/

Susan
