The organs located in the right upper quadrant of the abdomen include the liver, right kidney, gallbladder,colon, and pancreas. You may be having trouble with one of these organs or you may have hurt a rib. Alternatively, you may have strained a muscle/tendon and this pain gets stronger when you move.
You will need to see a doctor for an examination to know more. It's a good idea to get a check up as soon as to know more. Please keep us posted.
