It's entirely possible that your symptoms are due to your partial hysterectomy. While a full hysterectomy will put a woman directly into menopause, a partial will not. But it may cause perimenopausal (menopause lite) symptoms similar to what is happening with you.
Please talk to your doctor about your options - if you have no history of cancer, hormone replacement therapy may be suggested or natural supplements. You will need to have blood work done first, to see where your hormonal levels are.
