If you are having unprotected sex with more than one man, your exposure to some sort of sexually transmitted infection is high, even if they say they are "clean". Many men have no symptoms at all and you should never trust anyone who claims they have no STIs as many don't actually know.
If these bumps/sores are not from shaving (ingrown hairs) then you may have herpes or genital warts and your discharge may indicate chlamydia, gonorrhea or some other infection.
Even as a minor, you need to be checked. You don't have to tell a parent/guardian why you are going to an appointment but you do need to be seem Ask your doctor to respect your privacy but you may need medication. It's better to be honest and get an evaluation done, than to let this go and wait for it to get worse.
