If you test is negative on day 18, it's very unlikely you are pregnant.
P2 probably caused the heavy bleeding on the 4th Sept - this is a common side effect. It sounds like you are ovulating now so you can expect your period in about one-two weeks or so. P2 can also cause PMS symptoms. P2 changes the next menstrual cycle, hence why things are different this month. Your cycle should get back to normal the month after.
