Guide

Hello, Anon. Thank you for posting.

I'm sorry you are going through this health difficulty. Only a doctor can diagnose and treat you. We can offer suggestions and support. Has your doctor given you any indication of what might be going on? Ask him or her specifically what they have tested for, what has been ruled out, and what the next step is in diagnosing you. We cannot know what tests were taken or the results of these tests nor are we privy to your health history.

Did they test for food allergies at all? If not, this might be something you need to look into. Stress, depression, and anxiety can affect one's health also.

In the meantime, try eating small, frequent meals rather than facing large meals when you have no appetite. Sometimes spicy or citrusy foods can help boot appetite. Keep your fluid intake up so you don't get dehydrated. A follow up with your doctor is needed. Don't give up on finding out what is wrong. I hope you will keep us updated.
