Blood from your nose could very well drip into your throat and cause you to cough it up. Yes, bloody sputum can also be a result of lung cancer. Given your information, cancer is very unlikely. Try not to think the worst, though I know this can be difficult when you have panic issues.
If you continue to see blood in your sputum, mention it you your doctor to ease your mind. I hope you feel better soon
