We cannot speculate as to what might have been on your boyfriend's penis. You will have to ask him, but you cannot get pregnant from the scenario you describe if there was no sperm present that entered you. Pre-ejaculate fluid in itself does not contain sperm. Sperm can be picked up the urethra if a man has not urinated since ejaculation. But once he urinates, any sperm would be flushed out.
