If a condom was used and there was no mishap (such as breakage) it's unlikely you would be pregnant. ECP was not needed if so. It's supposed to be for emergencies such as
unexpected/unprotected sex or contraceptive failure, etc. Taking it just in case can cause unnecessary side effects. Be sure to read the information that comes with the pills so you know what to expect. A common complaint after taking ECP is having a delayed or missed period. It should get back to normal by the next cycle if this happens. You can always take a pregnancy test to ease your mind if your period is late.
