A woman is considered through with menopause if she hasn't had a period (or any bleeding) in 12 consecutive months. Since you are 15 months in, have this bleeding checked by your doctor.
The cause could be some kind of reproductive disorders, including fibroids or cysts, or some other reproductive concern.
