A pregnancy test is accurate 10-14 days after sex.
If you have a regular 28 day schedule, give or take a few days, then pregnancy from sex a week before your period is due is very unlikely as you'd be past ovulation dates. However, there are always risk when having sex without protection.
If you don't get your period in the next week, retest.
