There is no concern for pregnancy (although a pregnancy test is not reliable until at least 10-14 days after sex).
Your bleeding may likely be a combination of your period and a side effect of taking emergency contraception but it is not an indicator of pregnancy. Another side effect is that your next period may be early or late too. But this is not a healthy concern.
