If your doctor truly thinks you are pregnant (it's not a case of proving her wrong) then you should be offered a blood test or a scan.
Again, since all your tests are showing negative, it's unlikely you are. But some women don't show up pregnant until a few weeks into the pregnancy. This is quite unusual though.
She should be concerned about your pain, however. Tell her you'd like a scan to rule out pregnancy and see what may be going on with this pain you're having.
