You might have caught a stomach virus or perhaps it was related to something you ate. We cannot know. If you are very ill, see a doctor. Eating a light/ bland diet can help if you are able to keep food down. BRAT is an acronym that stands for bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast. These foods are often recommended following a stomach illness. Start slowly, eating small portions. They are all bland foods which are easy on the stomach. Taking in enough fluids is important, sipping water, ginger ale and clear broth can help also. I hope you feel better soon.
