Since you have had three periods since sex, you cannot be pregnant. A pregnancy test can confirm this if it helps to reassure you.
It sounds like you may have an irregular cycle, however. You may have a hormonal imbalance. Talk to your doctor about this - some blood tests may be done to see where you stand.
