You will need to know the cause of your itching in order to treat it.
If this is happening only in bed, make sure your bedding is cleaned with dye free, fragrance free and chemical free clothes detergent. You may be having an allergic reaction to your laundry cleaners.
Also, make sure your room is cool as heat can cause skin itching in bed at night.
If the above does not help; see a dermatologist for advice.
