HPV is something that many men and woman live with. Since you had some changes in your cells (common in women with HPV) and this has been cleared, your likelihood of anything developing into cervical cancer is minimal. Annual pap tests will help with this. Your husband may have infected you - unfortunately there is no HPV test for men at the moment. Alternatively, either of you could have had this for years and just remained symptom-less - this is not uncommon either.
The reality is that men and women with HPV have sex all the time. You won't keep reinfecting each other in the way you think you will. Just keep having your paps and let life get back to normal. Don't let HPV define your life or hurt your marriage.
