If you are a virgin (having had no sexual intercourse) you would not be pregnant. Your period is also proof of that. For all intents and purposes, there is a risk of pregnancy when a woman has unprotected sexual intercourse with ejaculation that enters the vagina. If you do have sex, be sure a condom is used for protection.
