In order to get pregnant, ejaculate must enter you to fertilize an egg (during ovulation). This did not happen (according to you). You are also on birth control which protects you from pregnancy every day. There is no unsafe day in that respect. Even with full intercourse, there is only about a 1% chance of pregnancy. So the risk is very small.
Stress, among other things, can impact your period, even on the pill. Your period will likely go back to normal with the next cycle. If not, mention this to your GYN.
