We cannot pinpoint what may be causing your pain - you will need further scans and further testing (blood tests, xrays etc) to know more.
This area of the body could be experiencing pain due to an issue with the pancreas or gall bladder or even appendix or the stomach itself.

I can't understand the word you used to say how long you have been experiencing this-
