Your cycle should be back to normal as it has been almost three months since you took P2.
Since you are getting periods, you aren't pregnant but your cycle is irregular. This may be due to your hormones being irregular. You will need to see your gynecologist - your breathing problems should not be connected to taking P2 three months ago - let your doctor know this is happening.
