The issue with vaccinations is that I'm not sure we ever get the full story about side effects.
Gardisil is relatively new, as is any HPV vaccination. So long-term side effects - if any - are completely unknown.
My advice is to talk to her doctor (who will likely say the stuttering has nothing to do with the vaccination) and then see if speech therapy will help. The two may be completely unrelated. You can also report this to the CDC on their website. The more people share their stories, the better.
