Breast discharge does not necessarily mean you are pregnant. Causes of nipple discharge range from an infection to hormone imbalance. Do you have any other symptoms, pain, swelling and/or redness?
The best thing to do is to go get evaluated by a doctor if you have questions. It is likely not something serious.
