Diclofenac is used to relieve pain, swelling (inflammation), and joint stiffness caused by arthritis.This medication is known as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It can also treat actinic keratoses in its topical form. I have no information about using it for Shingles, so it's best to ask your doctor or pharmacist to be sure.
