There is no connection between breast size and marriage. And there is no connection between breast size and fertility, if that is a concern. Some women simply have very small breasts. Since you are very tiny all round, it makes sense that your breasts are also very small. This is not a heath condition. Many women have different sized breasts too.
Oils or pills will not make your breasts bigger - don't waste your time or money on them anymore. The only way to get bigger breasts is to gain weight (not a good idea in general) or have breast implants.
You will also find your breast size gets larger in pregnancy.
