Hello. Thank you for posting.

DuoNeb (ipratropium bromide and albuterol sulfate) is a combination of bronchodilators used to treat and prevent symptoms (wheezing and shortness of breath) caused by ongoing lung disease (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease-COPD which includes bronchitis and emphysema). Common side effects of DuoNeb may include headaches, dizziness, nausea, dry mouth, and tremors. Since nausea is a side effect, I don't know that eating (first) will help or not. Try having a light meal half hour before and see if it makes a difference. For many people, these side effects are temporary and will ease as your body adjusts to the medication.
