Thank you for posting.

Try gentle exercise. Take a short walk each day.
Make sure you drink enough fluids, especially water.
Include fruits, vegetables, and fiber in your diet each day.
Many people swear by prune or plum juice.
Taking over-the-counter laxatives and/or stool softeners will also help, though the goal is not to have to use them all the time.

If these things do not help, see your doctor.
