Do you mean Conversion disorder? This is thought to be caused by mental factors, such as stress and conflict, in which people with this disorder experience as (convert into) physical symptoms.
Counseling (psychotherapy). Seeing a psychologist or professional counselor can help treat symptoms of conversion disorder and prevent it from coming back. This can be especially helpful if you also have anxiety, depression or other mental health issues. You said you were successfully treated before? If so, perhaps return to your former course of treatment or ask your doctor for a new referral.
