Postinor 2 can cause irregularity in your cycle, so it's not uncommon to have a late or missed period. If you had withdrawal bleeding after taking the Postinor, (which you did), that means it was effective. Your cycle should return to normal with your next period.
Pre-ejaculate itself does not contain sperm. If a male has had a recent ejaculation, sperm can remain in the urethra (the tube that both semen and urine pass through). Once he urinates, sperm is flushed out.
