From the situation you described, your chances of pregnancy are very low and next to nothing.

Having unprotected sex increases chances of pregnancy. However, actually sexual intercourse must happen in order for a pregnancy to occur.

What you described is known as intercourse, which does not cause pregnancy. Also, when sperm is outside of the body, it dries up and dies - making it unable to cause pregnancy. Like what you said, it's likely the sperm wiped off too.
