It is very common for nipples to darken when erected or cold. It does not have any correlation to pregnancy. Sleeping in the same bed with the other sex, with over without clothes, touching or no touching, cannot cause pregnancy. You must have intercourse where the male ejaculates into the vagina during ovulation, in order for pregnancy to occur.
