I'm so sorry to hear you have been battling this and don't have any answers as of yet. Besides the stomach pain have you had any other symptoms like vomiting or diarrhea?
Good for you for pushing the issue to see a specialist. Also, it's important to note that issues with other organs can cause abdominal pain, so don't stop pushing for answers.
One thing you might consider is having a complete allergy panel done.
