I too was in the same place. Hospitalized thirteen times, three different hospitals. Tests for everything possible. All in a three month period. Every test came back "normal". I also was Told it was all in my mind. Eventually I I was put on anti-depressants and told to see a therapist. Of course none of that worked and the weakness, weight loss, gas,and diarrhea and mostly the pain continued. I finally listened to my brother and went out of my area to his doctor in Hackensack. He reviewed my charts and told me the tests I had qualified me for the "Million Dollar Women."
He started me on large doses of Xifactin with the hopes of some relief. Within a short period of time I was doing much better. It has been two years now and I now live a normal life.
A nurse once told me that I was the only one that knows my own body and continue to seek out the best for me. Thank goodness for the nurse and also for my brother and his Doctor.
