Great food list.
Chicken breast is best lean protein source and you can't go wrong with berries.
Garlic is great ingredient, you can take any bland boring dish, add some garlic and instantly become delicious. Garlic is also one of the best natural anti inflammatory foods in the world.
When you say Chicken, it might not sound very appealing but when you say garlic chicken, is make your mouth water.
