Are you asking if having a brain aneurysm causes you to lose good judgement, like waking into traffic, or not being aware of what you are doing, like yelling inappropriately at another person?
Anonymous, I am not aware of a brain aneurysm causing a change in judgement or awareness of one's behavior. Any further concerns should be discussed with your physician.
