Excellente article! I especially like number three and five. Over and over psychology has proven to us that exercise liberates feel good hormones in our bodies, and awesome way to get the day started. And remembering the good is just as effective as exercising. You see our brains are habit creators. Problem is they also create habits with emotions. So if you have a tendancy to feel down, your brain will think :"oh, this is who I should always be" and you'll always feel down. The good thing is all habits are breakable with conscious actions and thoughts.
