A pregnancy test would be accurate 10-14 days after having unprotected sex. So if you took the tests after January 23rd, then they are accurate and you are not pregnant.
It's very unlikely that you're pregnant – but check with your doctor to be sure. I suggest talking to your doctor to determine why you are over a month late.
