When your blood is deficient of iron it causes one to experience mood swings for apparently no obvious reason, fatigue, depression (sadness), and complacency. To find out if you have it you can take a simply blood test from your doctor. if you are anemic, the treatment is also simple: take iron pills.
The second option that may be happening is hormonal. Hormonal imbalances can cause severe mood swings and feelings we can't control. For women especially, our hormones can get imbalanced pretty easily. I suggest you visit your doctor for this one. They can check your hormone levels to determine if this is the cause.
