I realize that you feel embarrassed mentioning this to your physician, but you should not. Your doctor knows your medical history and is your best resource.
When you are constipated, stool is hard and you strain to eliminate. When you have diarrhea, stool is loose. Is that what you mean by falls apart in the toilet?
