First, let me wish you a good luck on getting pregnant. Since you have just removed the IUD recently, I would assume that this may be the culprit also. Your body is definitely trying to get back to normal. However, if you have taken pregnancy tests before and it is normal for you to have false positives, you should make an appointment with your doctor to have blood testing done.
