Three suggestions that may help are:

Allow yourself time each day to relax. Try yoga or meditation.

Establish a sleep routine of going to bed and getting up at the same time each day. Limit daytime napping.

Keep active each day and keep your activity on an even level. Try taking a daily walk. Sometimes, just being outdoors, especially on a brisk autumn day, can wake you up.
