According to my Gynaecologist, who has a specialist area in Endometriosis, It's not uncommon at all, nothing at all to worry about, she didn't say why it was happening but I feel slightly reassured that she isn't too concerned. I intend to mention it to the nurse when I have my last injection and see if she thinks it would be worth requesting some sort of hormonal blood test. It is still strange but I'm less worried for sure.
