Do you mean Pneumonia? If so, that's more than likely not the reason for your increased pigmentation of the face. For some people this just gradually happens over time.
What you can do is see a dermatologist about your skin and they may prescribe a bleaching agent that contains hydroquinone and this will help lighten the skin. Please don't try using creams without a prescription since they can sometimes do more harm than good.
