Just to add, I'm a man and I suffer exactly the same problem. My penis smells like fish for a day or two after I've eaten seafood, sometimes it is very strong. I've noticed it more from cooked fried fish, which is awkward as I live in the UK and love fish and chips. I'll give the cranberry and lemon juice a try.
