But being obsessed and worried about losing weight all the time, can also not be good or healthy. It can lead to eating disorders like Anorexia Nervosa. If you feel this is causing a problem, you might want to try for yourself to control your obsession with losing weight and just take it one day a time. Losing weight cannot happen overnight. Continue exercising and eating healthy meals. If not, you will need to speak to a doctor about this and get counseling from a psychotherapist and/or a nutritionist.
