I HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFUL AT TREATING MY GOUT BY DRINKING LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER! ALSO, WHEN MY GOUT DOES FLARE UP (IN MY BUNIONS) I PUT CHARCOAL POWDER MIXED WITH WATER INTO A PASTE ON THEM AT NIGHT, THEN PUT A PIECE OF GAUZE ON TOP OF THE CHARCOAL MIX, THEN I WRAP THAT WITH TOILET PAPER AND TAPE IT AROUND THE TOE AREA AND THE MIDDLE OF MY FEET. THEN IN THE MORNING, I JUST PULL OFF THE GAUZE WITH THE CHARCOAL (WHICH HAS DRIED OVERNIGHT) AND WASH ANY EXCESS OFF. MY FEET FEEL MUCH BETTER THE NEXT DAY. I ONLY DO THIS WHEN THE GOUT FLARES UP. I DO NOT TAKE ANY MEDICATION FOR GOUT, AS THERE ARE TOO MANY SIDE EFFECTS TO THE MEDICATIONS. I HAVE ALSO TAKEN MOST OF THE SALT OUT OF MY DIET, WHICH HAS HELPED TOO. I HAVE MUCH FEWER GOUT ATTACKS SINCE I HAVE BEEN DOING THESE THINGS.
