There are so many things you can do...start by trying to get to bed as early as possible...cortisol naturally spikes around 10 pm and for people with AF, if you don't get to bed by this time, it can make it way more difficult to fall asleep. Herbs help too to restore the adrenals, including cordyceps, eluthera, and rhodiola.
