I'm sorry your libido is low on Sarafem. It is one of the side effects of the medication and you may want to ask your doctor about the testosterone helping you with increasing your libido since certain medications cannot be combined.
Have you tried looking for a doctor who perhaps doesn't specialize in endocrinology but in PMDD itself?
