I'm sorry you're having such a hard time getting into sex because of the fear of pain. Do you actually feel an intense amount of pain during intercourse or is this just a fear?
If you do feel a lot of pain during sex, then you may want to see your gynecologist to see if you may have Vulvodynia, which is a chronic pain in the external genitalia of the woman.
As far as numbing cream for the pain, you can try Xylocaine Jelly but I would still see the doctor about this pain.
