They might already have determined your remaining lumps are something benign, like cysts. I ended up having lots of lumps in my breasts but only one that was cancerous. My nurse joked I had a "cyst" farm in there.
If you don't hear from your doctor, or don't have a follow-up appointment about the pathology of the one that was removed, don't feel too shy to call and get the results. You shouldn't have to wait too long.
Also, it's always good advice to ask to keep the pathology report. Legally, it's yours to keep and they end up being handy to have, especially if you have cancer.
